We love this place! We are disabled and retired. Moving here was a dream come true for us .We have a ground floor apt. ADA approved. It has an amazing floor plan, storage and a beautiful interior. The property is well maintained. Maintenance is quick and very professional and friendly. You have access to a pool, large hot tub, dog park, childrens play ground. We rarely hear our neighbors. The walls seems thick and the people are friendly. They have an excercise room and a beautiful rec room with a pool table and snacks and drinks.The office is amazing and they work with you and answer all your questions. Tavia is just phenomenal. If your looking for a nice, safe, quiet and frendly place to live. You have it all right here.

Recently just moved out of claradon & had the easiest time. Because everyone answered all of our questions and was so nice! Very sad to leave after calling them home for the last 5 yrs. Mike in maintenance was super helpful & I really appreciate everything he did/ does. I know flipping apartments suck & him and the rest of maintenance don’t get enough credit for how much they really do! Between a great office team and amazing maintenance, I’ll forever recommend claradon village.

I've lived here for almost 6 years and I am very happy. Claradon Village is conveniently located to so much. it'd a safe place to live and the people are friendly. The office staff is helpful and always greets me with smiles. The manager, Desiree, is always ready to help residents with whatever they need or have questions about. Mr. Mike, head of maintenance, makes sure that every maintenance request is quickly responded to and taken care of in a friendly and professional manner. I've enjoyed living here and look forward to another year among friends.

I've lived in 5 states and moved many times for my job. This is by far the most expensive, more than my mortgages in CA, WY, MO, UT. One thing really sticks out in the excellence here and thats maintenance. Mike has been professional, excellent, caring and so knowlegeable! Last winter, 2023, I watched how mike did ALL the deep snow removal and hand shoveling and de icing by himself on more than one occasion doing the entire complex. I'm retired so ice and snow are hard for me. He helped me stay safe by his hard work. I cant believe his work ethic and kind nature. He's helped so much. The only complaint I have in a year and a half besides noisy upstairs neighbors, is the high rent. Thanks for having Mike here and friendly staff. He's the best maintenance person Ive met in all my living locations. It's not an easy job. Please let him know he is appreciated.

This is a new apartment complex. They have multiple sized apartments with a few different layouts. The bedrooms and closets are big! The area is quiet with just typical noise from neighbors. It has easy access to the freeway but you can't hear the freeway noise from the apartments. They are pet friendly and have a bark park. Some of the residents do not clean up after their pet, so you are forewarned. You only get one covered parking per apartment and the "guest" parking can get full quickly. I personally think there needs to be more parking available. Rent is high, but comparable to other like apartments in the area.

The apartments are really nice. The kitchen cabinet doors and drawers are soft close, can't slam them if you tried. Space is big enough for a family of 3 or 4 with small kids. Pet friendly. Pool and outdoor area is amazing. I don't live here but I would if I was looking for an apartment.

I only lived here for a year, at no fault of the complex, just a change in plans! But it was a great place to live! The apartments are beautiful and the staff very helpful! Slightly on the more spendy side but you get the quality you pay for! They left gifts for each tenant on their birthdays and had some fun events, Covid-19 safe of course! Grateful to have lived here for a short time!

We love Claradon!! We moved here when my son was 10 days old, so honestly our brains were a little foggy when we were signing all of the paperwork and everything, but they took the time to go over everything with us in full depth and explained all of the extra fees, the rules, and what we would agree to so well. Yes, there are fees, but they are very up-front about them from the beginning so you know what you are getting into before you agree to pay them. We love our apartment and the awesome amenities! The rare times we have had a complaint, the staff has been so kind and friendly. Also there's an awesome walking trail behind the complex that has been a lifesaver during quarantine!

My wife and I have lived at the Claradon for almost a year. We love it here. The apartments and facilities are nice and well taken care of. The office team is amazing and they clearly work hard to keep their tenants happy. They do charge a few fees that can add up quickly, but they are equal or less than those of similar facilities. The Claradon team are very honest and disclose everything you need to know before you sign the lease. We couldn't be happier with our apartment, and the office team has been incredible!

These are not really cons by any means, just happens to be the way that Claradon runs things. All in all, it has been a great experience thus far and we really appreciate the team here!

It's not everyday that you are met with an enthusiasm that makes you feel like a superstar...but sometimes, not many....especially in an interaction such as this one, for it's reason....sometimes we meet people that will leave an impression on us. One that drives a working-relationship that you'll remember forever. Most people...most people do what they do and get used to it. They learn to love redundancy. They thrive on it. But if you are wise...when something different comes along you'll see it clearly. Clear as day. You'll remember the face of a smile...the shake of a hand, the hand of a friend. A business relationship should be respected...but one that is the cornerstone of where you lay your head at night...this one should be, and is coveted. I'm impressed. I am. You know who you are. I appreciate you. The units are far out. I was able to get creative within a budget. I suprised myself. I am...it feels like...even, A new person. From day one, to now...I appreciate you. Beautiful apartments with amazing staff! Any maintenance items I had was handled quickly with great results. Staff has always been so easy to work with and they do a great job. I loved that when they said pet friendly, they meant they treat pets like residents with treats in the clubhouse and doggie pick up stations all around. The dog park was very nice to have available as well. The amenities were always well cared for and it's the cleanest apartment pool we have ever been in. The splash pad is such a great added bonus and my kids loved it. I had really great neighbors and enjoyed my stay at Claradon Village. If I didn't need to relocate for personal reasons I would have stayed forever! Thank you Claradon Village for everything. We loved being residents there. - Christina B

Great Place! We are a family of 4 with 2 little boys and have a 2 bed 2 bath double master layout. Great space and closets with an open concept living room/kitchen. Ground floor has kept our utilities super cheap! Also, Fiber is great and unbelievably reliable! (If you read a review that says different, they probably had a super cheap router.) The grounds are great in the summer (minus dog poop in the grass) and well maintained in the winter. Tall buildings with shadows do leave icy patches but they salt all the time to help. The staff here are awesome! Very friendly and approachable. 4 stars is only because the gym isn't 24 hours and the maintenance "crew" - although very nice - are kids that haven't been able to properly fix things around the apartment. Prices seem to be right on par with equivalent apartments in Weber County.

I have worked for property management for almost 3 years now and I’ve never seen a cleaner apartment. Everything is up to date and modern. We moved from a 3 bedroom to a 1 bedroom, we have so much storage space that we were able to bring everything with us. We also have 2 pups and they absolutely love all of the grass area around as well as the dog park.

Just moved here last week and I love it! Hunter in the front office is super friendly and super attentive to his work. Put in a work order to put in a smart thermostat and he was on it every time I had to make a change to my schedule. The grounds are clean. I love how there are no speed bumps, LOL. I still driver slow but man if you live in the back of a complex and they have speed bumps it really gets annoying. The dog friendly complex is amazing. The layout of the apartments are awesome. I love the large kitchen. Plus my unit came with a full size Samsung washer and dryer. By far the best apartment I have been in.

Great Place! We are a family of 4 with 2 little boys and have a 2 bed 2 bath double master layout. Great space and closets with an open concept living room/kitchen. Ground floor has kept our utilities super cheap! Also, Fiber is great and unbelievably reliable! (If you read a review that says different, they probably had a super cheap router.) The grounds are great in the summer and well maintained in the winter. Tall buildings with shadows do leave icy patches but they salt all the time to help. The staff here are awesome! Very friendly and approachable. 4 stars is only because the gym isn't 24 hours and the maintenance "crew" - Although very nice - are kids that haven't been able to properly fix things around the apartment. Prices seem to be right on par with equivalent apartments in Weber County.

Moved in a few months ago, and I am very pleased with my experience living here. Yes the rent ends up being more than on paper, but they explain very clearly about utilities and the media package. It isn’t the cheapest place to live, but it offers a lot of amenities that make up for the expensive price. The apartments are very nice and luxurious inside, walk in closets are huge. Office staff is always very friendly and welcoming. Hot tub is nice, can’t say much about the pool since it’s been too cold since I’ve moved in. Very nice location, the road noise from midland dr is a little annoying, but it is mostly how the buildings are designed, and doesn’t bother me that much. The internet is supposedly 100mbps, but with my dual network WiFi, the most I can ever get is 70mbps, which is still more than enough👍

Moved here at the end of March, 2018. So far our experience has been great. We moved from CA to UT and the team helped to make our move as smooth as possible. When we had a maintenance emergency the response time was phenomenal and the follow up thorough. We recommend anyone considering moving to West Haven to seriously look at Claradon Village. We originally had planned to move into another complex. About 3 days prior to our move in day, we realized the management had been dishonest about several things. My husband and I panicked because he is getting ready to deploy and we wanted to be moved in before he leaves. We contacted Claradon Village and they were AMAZING to work with! I came in on a Wednesday and we moved in the following Saturday. They turned a stressful situation into a very smooth one. Their staff is awesome and attentive, and we are loving our new apartment! Can't say enough good things about this place! We will definitely live here the rest of our time in Utah.

He runs around playing and has toys but the second he gets to excited my neighbors call the office or bang on their ceiling so we feel bad like our child can't run and have fun. The only reason I have to rate Claradon Village a '4' instead of '5' is because I have not lived here long enough yet. My Husband and I have moved from Texas to Utah for a job and only had one weekend to come up with a place to live. I was 31 weeks pregnant and this could have been very stressful, but Jenna in the front office was amazing! We had looked at 8 places in 7 hours and I knew this place was different upon arrival by the excellent customer service we received and the clean property. Jenna greeted us and patiently worked with our needs within our short deadline to move in. The next morning when it was decision time for us, I was able to call Jenna at opening and have her answer more questions before arriving on a different room size and floor plan than we originally thought we wanted, which worked out much better for us. It also turns out that our new apartment had never been lived in! The issue of the dog poop that others have written about is due to the pet owners that live in the complex not picking up after their animals. Maintenance is doing what they can to help, but they get called away with other duties that are necessary like taking care of things in the actual apartment. This property is also one of the few in the area that allows pets, so you would think residents would be more respectful of the grounds, but that has proven to not be the case. Web cams were recently installed to identify those that are not contributing to the community by not picking up after their animals, so this complaint should not be a problem much longer. I want to brag about Jenna. She is very friendly, personable and easy to talk to. I will honestly say that if it was not for Jenna, we may have gone with another property south of the air force base, but we were so impressed by her that we went with this property. All of the staff in the office are friendly and my Husband and I look forward to living here and being a part of this community. Update: Now that I shave lived here for a few months, I have updated my rating to a 5. Excellent customer service, nice luxury apartments and a great location.

The Claradon really is a fantastic complex to live at. I have found the office attendants always attentive and always willing to help do what needs done around the property, my apartment and common areas! The dog park is great (the grass could be a little better maintained) the pool area is amazing, clean and family friendly! The gym has everything one needs to stay in shape and they even have community parties! The maintenance men are friendly, cooperative and always hard at work. The apartments are spacious and well kept and the carpets and flooring is animal friendly! If I had to change anything, I would like more covered parking and better spot selection, quite a bit of the spots face directly in the sun. Other than that minor inconvenience, I would (and have) recommend the property to anyone! Thanks girls!! (And Hunter)

This place was my home for a year, I had the best apartment on ground floor. They were definitely the nicest and most efficient apartments I've ever lived in. They were pricey, but for the location they were close to everything. Chelsi and the other staff always remembered you by name, and took care of any issue you might have had. Claradon Village is the few places that allows big dogs they even have a dog park and waste bags for dog poop. I do miss this place, except for the ignorant neighbors above. Aside from everything, I totally recommend anybody looking for a place that's convenient and nice this is the place to live.

* Moved in August 1st, 2017* The property is gorgeous and the swimming pool is amazing when the office is open, after the office closes that's a different story. The modern design is awesome and definitely a conversation started with your guess. We picked the bottom floor, in the new built (finished Aug 2016) and deeply regret it. It is very loud and Midland Drive (Main Street outside complex) is REALLY loud. We have a hard time sleeping and keeping our kids asleep with the constant noise. We can't open our windows because if we do you can't hear the TV or someone sitting across from you talking. The windows are not sound proof at all so the constant traffic is like living next to a freeway. The upstairs neighbor can be heard at all hours of the night walking/jumping opening the back door and closing the front door. We understand that's part of the apartment living but it seem extra loud. The floors are gorgeous but on the bottom floor you have zero padding so they are really hard, so wear soft slippers. The rent is a little high. For a 2 bedroom 2 bath it's $1306.00 If you don't make it to the office before they close you won't have the $2.95 fee for paying online. The media package is okay. You have to pay extra to have HD or DVR and some of the channels say you have it but you don't. You do have a $15.00 Car port fee which is silly when you live in UT and don't want to have to scrap or brush the snow off your car. You would think that would be included with the apartment. I don't feel like they hid the fees from us but I think everything aside from the $110.00 media package was an estimate not the exact amount. The staff up front is awesome. They have always been there when we needed to talk to them. I don't like that if you have a package you only have from 9:00-6:00 to pick them up especially if you work those same hours it makes it a challenge. I wish they had bigger mail boxes for packages Or outside their office area to pick them up for those who can't make it. All in All it is a good property just has its little kinks.

Gorgeous apartments!

We’ve only lived here for a few months but it’s been a positive experience so far. Apartment living is going to have quirks- i.e mandatory media packages and shared water costs- but I feel they were very straightforward with those costs and I’ve yet to have any surprises or concerns. They are also common at most apartment complexes so I guess I get confused when people get upset about them. Also, for the square footage and amenities included, I feel that rent is competitive and fair in price. I read the lease thoroughly and feel that it’s helped me with my success in my expectations with them. Their office staff is responsive and helpful. They have a wonderful culture here with their dog community (if you’ve lived in apartments you know how difficult it is to find a dog-friendly, nice place) and I think one of our only complaints about it is how many owners are awful at picking up after their dogs. We spend a lot of time picking up after others’ dogs as much as our own and that’s frustrating. Our neighbors have been very quiet for the most part so we don’t have many noise complaints, and the grounds are well kept. The internet has been sufficient for our needs (Netflix, homework, online shopping, etc.) and we always get good speeds. We are overall pretty happy here.

It's on the pricey side, but looking at renting homes in the same range, you won't get the modern amenities. The interiors and exterior are gorgeous. Management remembers your name, and are extremely friendly. The pool is great. The two full sized baths have saved my relationship a number of times, ha. The rooms are large, the walkin closet is a dream. Only complaints are the internet is a little slow, the water is a bit high in price, and the living room area is a tiny bit on the small side. Even with that, it's the best renting experience I've had.

My husband and I and our cat and dog lived here for a year and loved it. Only moved to be closer to his job. Not sure what the negative reviews are for. I never felt like I was ripped off or that I paid too much. The apartments were a good size and were really nice and brand new. Every complex will charge pet fees and additional fees. Yes some irresponsible pet owners liked to not clean up after their dogs and use the dog park as their personal potty area, but I think most were responsible, it just takes a few to ruin it for everyone else. Management always stayed on top of it and I would regularly see maintenance out cleaning up on the grounds. I loved all the green space for walking my dog and it was very well maintained. The pool area was really nice too. I paid less for utilities here than I have at any past apartments so no complaints there. I would definitely recommend living here!

We love it here at Claradon Village! Management are SUPER friendly and responsive, and the maintenance guys are always on top of things. Friendly neighbors, awesome pool (our son loves the kids pool), and just an amazing community feel in general. We have yet to encounter any aggressive dogs - our 14 month old (and even the cat) enjoys taking walks around the complex :) - Sarah P

Best management I've had at an apartment complex yet. Right from the start we introduced ourselves and they never asked who we were again. I was amazed by the name recognition! They are also always quick to respond to our questions or maintenance needs. The location is great and the apartments are really nice. We loved living at Claradon and only moved because we decided to buy a house.

Great, high quality apartments with stellar management. Do not spend ample time cleaning the exterior of your vehicle. A quick, cheap wash weekly will do. Your car under your overhead parking or guest parking will collect dirt in a matter of hours. Extreme dirt in this complex is unavoidable.

Nice, quiet, and peaceful. The bedrooms are a good size, and the bathrooms are huge! The design is modern and clean. The pool and bbq area are super nice and relaxing too! Compared to everything else I've seen, these apartments are the best bang for your buck. We really like it here so far!
