The past few weeks my family & have been looking for a place. We came across Claradon Village. From the start to the move in last week the Office staff Christine & Deseree have been great. The walk through of the model to our place the experience is GREAT. Deseree has been on top of getting ppl here to fix the carpet. Myself & my wife did a walk through noticed a cple things and first thing the Maintenance guys Mike & Roger came in fixed our drawer in our bathroom that was off thr track. All in all start to move in has been a great experience. Glad we found a place to call home

Love living here! Office staff is super helpful and attentive when needed. Always doing fun things for the residents like back to School give always and movies in the yard. Maintenance is super friendly and always quick to resolve any issues you have. They are timely on furnace filter changes.

I have lived here for eight months now, and it's one of the quietest places I have ever lived. It backs up to a major trail that runs from Ogden to Salt Lake, so you have ample access to the area. I had one major issue with my AC on a Sunday evening, and Rodger was out to fix it within an hour.

Wanted to share this great experience! I currently live at Claradon Village. A couple of my lights went out in my kitchen ceiling. Too high for me, so reached out and maintenance guy (Shane) took care it. But he didn’t stop there he actually put my dogs water dish down on the floor and gave my fur baby some water ❤️ totally awesome!!!!

Maintenance and front office staff are awesome! Thanks Shane for coming out on your day off and getting my ac fixed right away! Christine has been super helpfull and friendly. Thanks again for all you do I really appreciate it

Great place to move in to honestly, thanks to to my good friend Colby it was a breeze, Management is great, and the amenities are amazing, and the community is awesome. I would recommend.
