Maintenance man Mike is the best maintenance man ever. He has always been on time, efficient, and very knowledgeable about every issue that we'd have had.

The office staff is awesome. Kind understanding and professional. The maintenance team is incredible.They do great work and get jobs taken care of promptly. Wanna give a shout out to Keegan thanks for the great work you did today. I'm totally impressed with a maintenance team and office staff. Would recommend anyone to move here!

My experience moving here was one of the best ever! The Manager Deseree has an outstanding positive attitude! The staff all works together and are all very professional and efficient. I am thankful to be a part of this community!..Highly recommend renting at Claradon Village 💯

Had such a great tour here today with Ezequiel Mora. Super helpful and enthusiastic!!! Definitely sold me on wanting to live here!!! Edit: We decided to live here and have loved it so far. The response time is amazing when asking questions. The community is super engaging and the events they have going on are actually fun. We had to put in a maintenance request in our first week (nothing serious) but we work a weird schedule and they were considerate of that, and responded quickly!
