I went to do a tour at Claradon village to look for an apartment. Deseree the community manager was super helpful. She was really knowledgeable about the area and the community here is great.

I honestly cant thank the gals especially the property manager enough. They helped me3 get my dad into an amazing place. They definitely appreciate the vetrans and showed him so much kindness and support. He's 100% disabled and needed a new place thats easy for him and this is it. Not to mention the grounds are so clean the units are absolutely beautiful and again the staff are top notch. It wasn't easy getting him moved from out of state but the gals made the process the best I've ever delt with. I highly recommend claradon. Thanks ladies and thank you to the manager shes a god sent.

The best experience with the maintenance guy, I think his name was Johnny. He was super helpful with offering to fix my microwave. Give that guy a raise!

I’m so grateful for this place! When I needed the apartment the girls in the office Winter & Christine were very informative and helpful. The apartment is super spacious and well maintained. You can tell maintenance be doing their job as detailed as they can! The manager Deseree always goes above and beyond to make sure you feel comfortable and happy in your new home. I love how she and her employees enforces rules to ensure we have a family friendly environment that we can all enjoy including common areas they keep them super clean!!! You guys are doing an amazing job :)

We have lived here just over a year and the property is beautiful. The girls in the office, Winter, Deseree and Christine are so kind and professional all the time. It is always so easy working with them!

Claradon Village is a fantastic apartment complex, I have been living here for almost a whole year as a new adult who’s recently learning to live on their own, and so far has been such a comfortable experience living here. The management here, specifically Desiree and Christine, are some of the most outstanding landlords I have ever had the pleasure of being a renter for. The apartments are well maintained, both visually and mechanically, the price is fantastic for what it is, and full of life! The management are so helpful whenever I have questions or need any maintenance done. They were fantastic for us moving in and we love how open they were to us. Thank you Christine and Desiree!

I love this property, in stay in a 2 bed rooms apartment and was amazing. The lady's of the office deseree and Christine are amazing. The maintenance guys are so nice. Love claradon apartments, good job everyone 💪

Deseree the manager went above and beyond to make me feel at home and answer all my questions. The rest of the staff was also helpful, friendly, and prompt to say hello when I walked in
