Great place to live! Staff is very friendly and I have never had any problems!

We originally had planned to move into another complex. About 3 days prior to our move in day, we realized the management had been dishonest about several things. My husband and I panicked because he is getting ready to deploy and we wanted to be moved in before he leaves. We contacted Claradon Village and they were AMAZING to work with! I came in on a Wednesday and we moved in the following Saturday. They turned a stressful situation into a very smooth one. Their staff is awesome and attentive, and we are loving our new apartment! Can't say enough good things about this place! We will definitely live here the rest of our time in Utah.

My husband and I have been living at Claradon for a few months now and have really enjoyed It! The staff are friendly and the areas are always kept clean and in the rare chance a maintenance problem occurs they take care of it very quickly 😊
