Weâve been living here about 4 months. We love it for so many reasons. There are definitely pros and cons but the pros outweigh the cons. We had a few hiccups when we first moved in and it was really frustrating but management really did everything they could to help us and eventually it got resolved. That was one reason we chose to live here, because of the employees working in the office. They acted different than every other apartment office we had visited and we could tell right off that they would be better to work with when and issue arose, because they always do arise no matter where youâre at. They handle conflict really well and resolve issues the best they can. They do so many extra little things for their residents that make living here even more fun. They leave little treats at your door for your birthday, even for your kids. Halloween was so fun here and they have gift wrapping and hot chocolate and a festive lobby at Christmas. We love it. I think the biggest downside to living here is the residents who donât pick up their dogâs poop but that is being handled currently, better than when we first got here. Itâs more a resident problem. We are happy we chose to live here and donât regret it at all.
